RETURNS
**RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A DIGITAL GIFT CARD**
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive it
Must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED with any applicable tags still attached in the same condition that you received it. If items are returned worn, visible with makeup and/or deodorant, damaged, or beyond the 14-day return period, they will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.

Please note: The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return the items. The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item (via any carrier) you return. If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible to pay for any return postage back to the customer
All SALE items are non-returnable or exchangeable
All items purchased during a SALE are FINAL
EXCHANGE
We treat exchanges as returns. If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item(s) back to us at your own expense. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a refund as a store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Modbella cannot guarantee customers that an item will be available by the time that their return has been processed
Returns can be completed by clicking on the "Start My Return" button on the top of the page
You may then place a new order to the desired size using your store credit digital Gift Card
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs that are incurred with shipping items back and new items being purchased.
We do not offer online exchanges or price adjustments for items purchased during a past sale. Items returned that were purchased at sale price will be refunded in the amount of the price paid as store credit gift card. If a different size is needed, a new order can be placed but please be aware you will be charged for the current price listed on our web store at the time of purchase.
DEFECTS OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Make sure to inspect your items immediately upon arrival
If you believe that you have received a defective item or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 3 business days so the issue can be addressed promptly. We will require pictures of the defective item or incorrect merchandise to process return.
ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER YOU JUST PLACED
If you wish to add additional items to an order you just submitted, while we cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed, due to credit card security purposes, go ahead and place another order. Email us with your second order number and we will do our best to ship them together, and refund any additional shipping charges incurred from the second order.
